Onega started from a plain observation: the organisations with the most to gain from AI are the ones least able to send their data to it. Manufacturers with service desks, distributors with shared mailboxes, back offices with obligations. They did not need another chat window. They needed models that run inside their walls, policy that runs in the request path, and people who stay until the workflow works.

So we built the stack that way. OneVeer serves and governs models on the customer's hardware. OneDesk is a native desktop that keeps work local and keeps AI from acting on its own. OneMail turns the shared mailbox into a control tower with the CRM as the record. And we built Onega Forward, because software that is not deployed is a demo.

Customers then asked us for the work around the products: deciding where AI pays, building agents that act in their systems, customising models to their data, and bringing AI to applications they cannot replace. So Onega also consults, builds agents, fine-tunes models and modernises applications, delivered the same way: our own engineers, inside the customer’s environment, on our stack where it fits. Services show us which problems repeat; the products let us solve them faster the next time.
